Estima

Estima potatoes are firm, waxy, light yellow flesh with hearty flavour notes, that holds its shape when cooked.  This is a smooth potato.

SAGITTA

Sagitta potatoes provide a full taste and fresh colour.  Dry and floury in texture.

Maris Peer

Maris Peer have a light fresh flavour. Maris Peer potatoes have a light yellow skin and flesh.

King Edward

This variety has creamy coloured thin skin with light red blushes. With a light cream coloured flesh, King Edward potatoes have a fluffy dry floury texture when cooked
